Yunique’s CRM · Privacy
Privacy Notice
Last updated: 12 September 2026
Scope and operator
This notice applies only to Yunique’s CRM, a private application for one authorised user operated by Yunique AI Ltd. The application is not available for public registration or public use. Yunique AI Ltd is responsible for the personal data described in this notice.
Yunique AI Ltd is registered in England and Wales under company number 17358967, with its registered office at 71–75 Shelton Street, Covent Garden, London, WC2H 9JQ. Questions can be sent to info@yuniqueai.com.
Data the application may access
Depending on the permissions granted and the functions used, Yunique’s CRM may access:
- Google account and authorisation data needed to connect the authorised account.
- Gmail data needed to manage relevant email and relate correspondence to CRM records.
- Google Calendar data needed to manage meetings and relate calendar information to CRM records.
- CRM data entered by the authorised user about professional relationships and opportunities.
The application does not necessarily access every category at all times. Access depends on the Google permissions authorised and the features in use.
How the data is used
Yunique AI uses this data to:
- connect and maintain the authorised Google account integration;
- present and organise relevant email and meeting information;
- relate that information to professional relationships and opportunities; and
- provide and maintain the application’s stated functions.
Google user data is used only for these stated, user-facing functions and not for an unrelated purpose.
Storage and protection
Information may be stored by the application only where needed to provide its stated functions. Some information may instead be retrieved from Google when required. Yunique AI takes reasonable steps to protect the information and keep access limited to authorised use, but no online system can be guaranteed completely secure.
Google API data and Limited Use
Yunique’s CRM’s use and transfer of information received from Google APIs to any other application will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
Sharing and service providers
Google user data is not sold or used for advertising.
Limited Google user data may be processed by contracted infrastructure or AI service providers only where necessary to provide a function explicitly requested by the authorised user, such as CRM AI assistance or meeting preparation. Those providers may process the information only to provide the relevant service and not for their own unrelated purposes.
Google user data is not otherwise disclosed to third parties except where required by law, necessary for security or protection, or at the authorised user’s direction or with their consent.
Retention and deletion
Data is retained only for as long as it is needed for the purposes described in this notice or to meet applicable legal obligations. The authorised user, or another person whose personal data appears in the CRM, may request deletion by emailing info@yuniqueai.com.
User control and contact
The authorised user can review or revoke the application’s Google access at any time in their Google Account permissions. Revoking access prevents future access through the Google APIs but may not by itself delete information already retained in the CRM.
Questions or requests concerning access, correction or deletion can be sent to info@yuniqueai.com. A person may also complain to the UK Information Commissioner’s Office or another competent data protection authority.
