    Terms of Use

    Last updated: 12 September 2026

About the application and these terms

Yunique’s CRM is a private application for one authorised user, operated by Yunique AI Ltd. It is not available for public registration or public use. These terms apply to that application separately from the general terms for the Yunique AI website.

Yunique AI Ltd is registered in England and Wales under company number 17358967, with its registered office at 71–75 Shelton Street, Covent Garden, London, WC2H 9JQ.

    Authorised use

Access is limited to the authorised user and may not be shared or transferred. The application may be used only for its intended purpose of managing email, meetings, professional relationships and opportunities. It must not be used unlawfully, to access data without authority or to interfere with any service.

    Google integrations

Yunique’s CRM integrates with Gmail and Google Calendar. The authorised user must connect only a Google account they are entitled to use and should review the permissions requested before granting access. Google’s own terms and policies continue to apply to the Google account and services.

Google controls the availability of its services and permissions. If Google access is changed or revoked, the connected functions may no longer work.

    Data and privacy

The authorised user is responsible for using CRM records lawfully and respecting the rights of people whose professional information appears in the application. The application-specific privacy notice explains how Gmail, Google Calendar and CRM data is handled.

    Ownership and availability

Yunique’s CRM, including its software, design and original content, belongs to Yunique AI Ltd or its licensors. Authorised access does not transfer ownership or permit copying, distribution or commercial exploitation.

The application is provided as a private tool. Its features may change, and uninterrupted or error-free availability is not guaranteed. Yunique AI may suspend or withdraw access.

    Liability, changes and governing law

To the extent permitted by law, Yunique AI Ltd is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use or unavailability of the application or from changes to a third-party service such as Google. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

These terms may be updated when the application or its integrations change. They are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.
